Uche came to me for website copy as she was launching her new business, Interiors by Oochay. Though the interior design side of her business was new, Uche is not new to entrepreneurship– she has successfully run her luxury floral & event business, Designs by Oochay in Washington, D.C., since 2015. With IBO, she was looking to target the same high-end, luxury level clientele she serves in her event design business. 

Therefore, she needed copy that commands premium pricing and clearly communicates her ability to get her projects done well. She also knew she wanted her copy to sound authentic to her voice, without coming across too salesy. And as I often hear from creatives, Uche knew that copywriting was outside her area of expertise, and hiring a professional for this project would give her the results she wanted.       

Uche’s new website copy and design have allowed her to successfully launch this new arm of her creative empire and to dive right into the D.C. luxury interior design market. She’s able to confidently charge appropriately for the large-scale projects she’s taking on.
