Before we get into that though, let’s talk about one very important thing–
Sounds weird, right? I know. It’s literally called “About Me.” So, what’s the deal?
My goal when writing your About page will be to showcase who you are as a person, but to do so in a way that resonates with your ideal clients so they can imagine working with you.
It’s not about having a LinkedIn moment, but about highlighting how you being you is exactly what makes you the best fit for their needs.
Raised in coastal New Hampshire, the beach has always been my happy place. However, due to a (long but cute) love story, I moved cross-country in 2018 to Oklahoma. (Which, as it turns out, is a very landlocked state.)
During a trip home one summer while sitting on the beach, I fell down a rabbit hole Googling ‘how to work remotely,’ because I wanted more freedom to travel back to this happy place whenever I wanted— without having to ask permission or rely on the not-super-generous PTO I had at the time. (Btw this was pre-pandemic, and remote work wasn’t as popular as it is now.)
I had no idea that online marketing or copywriting was even a thing, and a few blog posts about it later, my mind was BLOWN.
So I launched my digital marketing business and got to work. And after writing for clients for a few years alongside my safety net job, in 2023 I took the leap and decided to go full-time. (Can you relate to that pit in your stomach, but do-it-anyway feeling that basically IS entrepreneurship? GULP)
The inspiration
- Nikki Nischke of Nikki n wedding Photography
"My site has been live for about three months now, and I’ve booked 11 weddings so far!! I wanted to book ten weddings this year & I’ve already exceeded my goal. My website, copy, new computer, and new camera are all paid for already with just my wedding deposits!!!!! HELL YES."

"My Google analytics have shown drastic increases in visibility and I've been receiving new, aligned, inquiries because of her help!"
- michaela A., Web Designer & Founder of north design co.
“As a website designer, I was sure that I could write my own copy, but it turns out writing for yourself is SO HARD! Dianna helped me talk through my struggles and the feeling that I wanted to get across to my audience. Within one day of launching my site, I had an inquiry from an Author in Madrid — something that would have NEVER happened with my old copy!"
- Chelsea L. of Ryot Co. homes
"When it came to writing the copy for our website we felt overwhelmed and didn't know where to start. Working with Dianna took all the stress away! She is very skilled at what she does. We had a quick call to explain the tone and language we were looking for in our website copy to differentiate ourselves and she completely nailed it in one pass! She took the time to learn about our business which resulted in amazing copy for our website."

- Minda Hoefer, Professional Organizer & Founder of Labeled Living
"It was such a simple process. I answered some questions, shared my heart and my vision for my project and she created exactly what I wanted. Then she blew me away with the results.
Thank you so much Dianna for your expertise! You were able to speak my brand message and voice so well."
